About the Job
This is a full time (64 hours a pay period) day position, working Monday - Friday at our Grand Arbor facility.
Summary:
Oversee quality of life for all residents. Responsible for frequent contact with Assisted Living residents in all of the Households, and their families to ensure they are adjusting well to life at Grand Arbor. Coordinate and attend care conferences. Assist in coordinating and resolving concerns with families or residents regarding quality of life issues- life enhancement, wellness, food, housekeeping, laundry and supplies. Assist in training new staff members to provide care to our residents and create a culture of resident directed care.
Reports to:
Vice President of Housing
Scope:
Has frequent contact with community members, staff, residents and families. Occasionally leaves the facility to attend work related and educational meetings and seminars. Will serve as the back- up for the Director of Residential Services for marketing apartments to potential residents. No positions report to the Quality of Life Coordinator.
