The Human Resource Coordinator plans, oversees, and administers human resource functions for the school district. 

Full-time, twelve (12) month, eight (8) hour per day position.  Plan, oversee, and administer human resource functions for the school district; includes developing and monitoring Human Resource procedures, following Human Resources related federal and state statutes, negotiations processes, and interpreting employment contracts; recommending all Human Resource actions, overseeing employee and retiree benefits, and planning and implementing all programs related to Human Resources.

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma, 2 year degree/certificate in Human Resources/Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience repferred
  • High degree of digital literacy, accuracy and ease of manipulation of data in a variety of software programs
  • Must possess and understanding of MN statutes and Department of Labor laws. 
  • A minimum of three years of related administrative experience.
  • Human Resource Certification such as ACA or SHRM by the Minnesota Department of Labor Management Education may be required within two years of initial employment.

                                                              
Salary & Benefits:  $22.47 - $27.68 per hour.  Benefits in accordance with Terms and Conditions of Employment for Non-Classified Personnel.
