The primary responsibility of this position is to evaluate college credit for transferability and determine course equivalencies, create and maintain data base transfer records in a fully integrated system, provide support for the development and maintenance of articulation agreements, process enrollment and degree verifications as needed, check on classroom assignments each session and make changes as needed in the EMS program, assist with Summer Registration for new students, oversee new student files coming from Admissions, answer phones as needed, provide reception at front counter as needed, assist with National Student Clearinghouse reporting and Veterans Affairs reporting, and general office duties.

This is a full-time, 30 hours/week position.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree plus two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of English language and proper spelling & grammar
• Technical aptitude, knowledge of PC’s (Software: Microsoft Word and Excel) ability to retrieve information, download into a database, compile reports; and e-mail using Outlook
