HR - PT - Clerk Coffee Bar - Express - Hornbacher's

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To develop proficiency in filling customers' drink orders quickly, efficiently and consistently while promoting a friendly, but professional atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensures each and every product delivered to the guest meets Caribou's quality standards.Maintains quality store operations by providing direction and feedback to the Team. Ensures all checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects are completed.Solves guest, employee and store problems. Models and upholds Caribou's & Hornbacher's policies, practices and standards. Maintains equipment in good working condition.Trains and Coaches part-time team members.

• General coffee knowledge
• 
  Able to memorize contents of the standard coffee drinks Ability to be friendly, courteous, professional and maintain composure in dealing with customers and co-workers. Ability to concentrate and deal with interruptions, work independently, and take initiative.
