CNC Router Operator - Brainerd, MN

Job Description:

Pro Staff is currently working with a premier company in the Brainerd Lakes Area who is looking for an experienced CNC Router Operator.

The CNC Router Operator will work independently or with other production personnel to ensure completion of production trimming requirements. This will be accomplished by loading and unloading parts and fixtures, loading computer programs, operating CNC machinery and related equipment, and conducting necessary secondary operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Facilitate fixture/program changes
• Inspect routered components for machining and material defects
• Conduct additional secondary operations such as trimming and flaming
• Assure paperwork/procedures are being followed
• Apply part and box labels
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform machine preventive maintenance as required
• Promote positive and productive working environment
• Suggest cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas
• Be flexible to support various operations within the department
• Document updates to work instructions as required
• Report all production data and labor time to jobs
