Operational Customer Service Representative - Bismarck, ND

Do you have customer service experience in the inventory or technical industry? Do you thrive working in a fast-paced team environment? If so, this might be the position for you! Kelly Services is currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to work in Aftermarket Parts with Bobcat, Co. in Bismarck, ND. This is a 5-month assignment. Pay starts at $15/hr DOE.

Job Duties:

-Promptly provide accounts receivable documents to applicable internal teams, reducing lost revenue

-Maintain and monitor backorders by determining best resolution to meet customer’s expectations, escalating backorders when necessary

-Effectively communicate with key clients to decrease duplicate orders

-Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls/email requests

-Facilitate multiple logistical movement websites such as UPS, Canadian Hot Basket, Trader Joe Parts, etc.

-Input metrics call data into tracking system for research analysis

Requirements:

-Education: 2-year degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Technical field

-Aptitude to comprehend the mechanical and operational requirements of construction equipment

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong relationship building, conflict resolution and teamwork skills

-Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure

-Above average understanding of computer systems and navigation of complex database systems
