CRA- CNA Care Center - Part Time

Lakewood Health System’s Five Star Care Center is seeking a Part Time CNA on our NOC shift, working every 3^rd weekend and some holidays. You will earn an additional hour of pay for every 12-hour shift that you work.

This is a part-time NOC position minimum of 36 hours per pay period.  Shift requirements will be 12-hours working from 5:45 until 6:15am, every third weekend and some holidays are required. An additional $1.70 shift differential will be offered for working the NOC shift.

We are currently seeking a qualified, compassionate CNA to provide individualized personal centered care, which includes but is not limited to assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing, transferring residents while preserving their rights and human dignity in a confidential manner and encouraging the resident to function at their highest level of ability.

Our success is measured by the experience we provide our residents, each other, and ourselves.

Certified Nursing Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

1.  High school diploma or GED

2.  Certification showing successful completion of the State of MN approved Nursing Assistant Program test out             (CNA/CRA).

3.  Ability to work in a team environment

4.  Great multi-tasking skills

5.  Excellent bedside manner and nursing skills

6.  Ability to create a safe, effective environment by informing others and using good judgment

*Not currently a CNA but aspire to be one?  Attend one of our CNA Classes that are held on our premises during the month of October.
