Job Details
Is seeking experienced Account Manager(s). We have flexible employee PTO, pleasant workspace and great co-workers in the wonderful community of Alexandria, MN. We are a respected and established agency in business since 1962. Depending on candidate knowledge, experience, and interests may be one or two positions available.
Seeking both a Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Account Manager. Compensation and Benefits Package can be tailored on experience and employee needs. Exact responsibilities to be integrated with existing staff with primary responsibility examples to include -
For Commercial Lines Account Manager Position:
- Manage agency commercial renewals and new business
- Process changes, certificates, claims, etc.
- Handle customer inquiries
- Assist producers with quoting and marketing risks to carriers
- Quote and Write walk-in business
- Primarily servicing small to medium commercial accounts and some bond work
For Personal Lines Account Manager Position:
- Answer customer questions, process changes, submit claims, and follow-up as appropriate
- Assist producer with quoting new business and policy options
- Quote and Write walk-in business
- Service existing policies, review customer coverages, quote options and make recommendations
Qualifications:
- Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Must have prior experience working in an Insurance Agency
- For Commercial position ideally 5+ year experience
- Highest level of honesty and integrity
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
