Adam's Pest Control - Nisswa office, is currently hiring a full-time Contact Center Agent/Scheduler.  Adam's is a family-owned and operated business with over 47 years of continuous growth!  We are committed to friendly service, effective solutions, and 100% customer satisfaction.

General Tasks:

•  Sell Services from in-bound calls

•  Plan and schedule services as necessary

•  Build customer relationships

•  Administer customer satisfaction records

•  Contact customers to respond to inquiries

General Requirements:

•  High School Diploma or GED equivalent

•  Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

•  Proficient computer and phone skills

•  Excellent typing skills (at least 40 WPM)

•  Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required

•  Ability to pass drug screen, medical exam, and criminal background check

A Contact Center Agent/Scheduler's general hours are:  M-F with rotating monthly Saturday hours from 8:00am-12:00pm during peak season (April through September).  Interested applicants must be flexible and able to work as early as 7:00am and/or as late as 7:00pm at least one day per week during peak season.  This position does offer some flexibility. 

This position also offers a competitive wage starting at $13.00/hour with additional incentives including sales commissions.  In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package and comprehensive training.
