Shipping/Customer Service - $18.00 to $22.00 DOE

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible person to join our growing organization!
This is for a 40 hour a week, full time position from 8:00 to 4:30 weekdays.
$18.00 to $22.00 DOE

The requirements and duties for this position are as follows:

Must be proficient with phone, order entry, provide price quotes and be a good communicator
Must possess strong customer service and phone skills
Overseeing and being involved in the shipping process
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Determine shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
Review invoices, orders, packing slips and other records to determine shipping priorities.
Potentially able to transition into a supervisory position
Oversee incoming shipments
Filing, billing and scheduling jobs
Certify that pick lists are correct
An ethical person with integrity is a must
