Job Information

This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Program for Bobcat Company compact construction equipment. This entails managing the unit eligibility process, dealer & field support as it relates to systems & processes, data analytics, invoicing, program terms & condition inquiries as well as training.

Role & Responsibility

Systems & Processes
  • Complete needed system set-up to support CPO program.
  • Maintain CPO plan pricing and dealer pricing tools.
  • Help drive process efficiencies within CPO program through development of new tools and processes.
  • Manage the unit eligibility process from start to finish.
  • Assist with inventory processes in the Inventory, Retail & Warranty system.

Data Analytics
  • Perform data analytics on CPO metrics to help drive improvements and answer inquiries.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting needs from both internal and external stakeholders and develop new reports based upon business needs.

Terms & Conditions Inquiry Support
  • Be one of the main points of contact to address dealer and field questions on CPO applicability, terms and conditions.
  • Help define and drive changes needed in this area.

Invoicing Support
  • Manage invoicing process and adjudications. Help drive efficient invoicing processes and procedures.

Finance
  • Work closely with the commercial finance team to help manage floorplan & other program subsidies.

Training
  • Assist with training efforts with dealers and field staff to ensure a high level of competency regarding the CPO program.

Marketing
  • Work closely with the commercial marketing team to promote the program to ensure success.


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. An Associate’s Degree and 3 - 5+ years of related experience will be considered.
  • Experience Required: 2>5 years.
  • Travel Required:
  • LSS Yellow Belt certification, Green Belt certification a plus.
  • Construction equipment industry knowledge.
  • Experience in project execution.
  • Effective verbal & written communication, training experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational prioritization and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build constructive and effective relationships across the company.
  • Strong analytical background.
  • Fluency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
