Responsibilities

The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

Current Selection
  • Serves as project manager for President including miscellaneous research and spreadsheet development.
  • Maintains the CEO and CFO's schedule, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities
  • Serves as the first point of contact for a wide variety of high-level relationships between CEO, CFO and external contacts
  • Assists training department with scheduling hotels, meals, company plane transportation & training rooms. Also sends out training confirmation letters to participants, room rosters and participant certificates.
  • Responsible for the Data entry for pre and post testing for the training department
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings/appointments for President when he is not available.
  • Prepares correspondences for President.
  • Assists President in analyzing financial statements and researching any questions or problem areas.
  • Assists other departments in scheduling and preparing group sales/parts & service managers meetings, including hotels, meals etc.
  • Attends Corporate management meetings, take notes and distribute these notes to corporate managers.
  • Prepares monthly Ag Market Share Report for Ag Division Manager.
  • Prepares monthly CAT market share report.
  • Assists both the Ag Division Manager and Caterpillar Business Development Manager with any special projects or needs.
  • Codes invoices, for payment, associated with training costs (hotel, meals & misc items).
  • Schedules and coordinates operation manager's meetings.
  • Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Four year degree or equivalent experience and training preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent relationship builder; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholders. Must also demonstrate ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
