JOB SUMMARY

Leads Sanford strategy for defined service lines and markets. Aligns with operational leaders in their dedicated service areas. Manages the marketing strategy for areas of responsibility. Manages the content, messaging and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs. Manages costs within a predetermined budget. Supports and advocates for regional needs while embracing system thinking and staying aligned to enterprise strategies. Coordinates closely with regional marketing leader to define and deliver integrated and consistent content across all channels and campaigns. Ensures all messaging is consistent in terms of clarity, quality, tone of voice, and style. Provides clear direction and vision to the team and serves as the go=to source for direction and expertise in their service area. Monitors health care industry trends that impact service areas and identifies potential opportunities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Advises on the development of marketing strategies and plans. Participates in implementing major marketing programs and initiatives. Monitors effectiveness of promotional campaigns; recommends improvements. Communicates effectively with diverse audiences, using appropriate media and language. Analyzes own assignments and work environment for creative changes. Deemphasizes divides; focuses on collaboration across generations, functions, regions, and levels. Addresses potential conflicts that impact current delivery commitments. Involves others in creating the vision and supporting communications. Prepares actionable decision support materials for team and management. Develops trust and credibility by acting in a consistent, genuine manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field. Minimum of four years of related experience. Strong writing and communications skills required.
