YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAM COORDINATOR

 Job Summary

• Model the agency’s mission, vision and values. Member of agency’s Management Team.
• Work with young adult staff to provide recreational and socialization opportunities for children and youth with disabilities in integrated community settings. After school and summer programming.
• Assure participant program plans & goals are implemented. Responsible for program design & assist with budgeting. Coordinate communication, reporting, goal tracking and parent meetings.
• 40 hours per week, hours can vary between 8am to 5:30pm weekdays only.
• Starting wage is $17.04-$19.55 (depending on qualifications).

Requirements

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Two year degree, or a two year Certification in Human Services or a field related to the developmental disabilities field
• Two years of work, volunteer, or life experience with persons with disabilities, or a combination of five years education and experience
• Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, computer proficient
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
