Maintenance Mechanic

Are you experienced in maintenance of various equipment? If so, we may have the opportunity for you! Kelly Services is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic in Wahpeton, ND. Hours will be Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm-3:30am. Overtime may be required based on workload. Pay is $17+/hr DOE. This is a Direct Hire, permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots defective equipment and determines appropriate solutions
• Repairs, replaces, adjusts and aligns components of machinery and equipment
• Welds, fabricates or machines parts or assemblies to repair, maintain, build or assemble equipment
• Operates equipment to test its functioning and verify adequacy of repairs or adjustments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to work rapidly
• High degree of mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and receive instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
