We're looking for a highly-motivated team player to join our progressive rural health system. 
Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal & communication skills, leadership abilities and knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis. 

The CFO is responsible for operating and capital budgets including revenue & expense budgets, cash forecasts, profit planning and programs for capital investments and financing; and manages the cost reporting process, understanding financial impacts.

The CFO provides assistance to the CEO and guidance to designated departments to insure the financial stability of the organization and that the delivery of patient/resident and health care service programs continue to respond to the needs of both patients and the community at-large.

Education/Experience:  Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of financial reporting using various software programs (Lawson, Infinium, Epic, Microsoft Office); and be knowledge of the principles and skills needed to provide fiscal control for a diverse set of health care services (CAH, PBC, Nursing Home, Home Health). 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a similar field. Minimum of five (5) yrs of healthcare financial experience including preparation of financial reporting, computer systems and management experience.
