Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction to all Cirrus customers, potential customers and guests during all visits to the Vision Center campus. The Guest Ambassador enhances builds customer relationships by driving the Service Essentials to create personal experiences to creating a world class environment.

Essential Duties:

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the Experience Center
  • Engage with customers and visitors, anticipate needs
  • Provide tours of the Flight Training facility and campus
  • Responsible for Patriot Act sign-in log for all Cirrus visitors
  • Maintain all customer spaces (organization, stocking, cleaning, and similar tasks)
  • Collect payment for flight training events as needed
  • Provide coverage and assistance to Cirrus Store as needed
  • Prepare and distribute customer badges and visitor badges
