Full-time opening with the SWWC Service Cooperative serving the SW MN region.
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for performing all aspects of recruiting success for the SWWC & consortium partners. This will be achieved through the development of strategic recruitment plans, employing traditional recruitment strategies & resources as well as developing new & innovative recruiting strategies.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or similar field & considerable experience in a job-related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, & experience in a job-related field. A valid driver's license is required. Full time position for remainder of 2018-19 school year.
