About the Job
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at our Park Rapids, Crystal Brook location.
Summary:
Oversee the daily operation of the dining services department. Direct supervision of the personnel in food preparation, food distribution, catered events and kitchen sanitation. Perform purchasing of food and supplies. Will maintain staffing and scheduling systems. Ensure proper food preparation, portioning and serving of foods according to cycle menus, standardized recipes and production schedules. Work cooperatively with or without supervision and serves as the lead cook in decisions pertaining to the preparation and service of daily and catered meals. Follows federal, state, and local regulations related to safe food handling and Knute Nelson policies and procedures.

Housing Administrator
Scope:
Work primarily in the dining room/kitchen area, and has frequent contact with staff and residents. Has occasional contact with the resident family members and guests. Has occasional contact with the public in event planning and set up.
