JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring safety, quality, accuracy and efficiency and timeliness of all personnel, products and equipment on the production floor in order to meet or exceed our customer requirements within budget. Implement, analyze and enforce quality control measures and/or processes to correct concerns during the production cycle. Make decisions and give guidance/recommendations to team members regarding workflow, efficiencies, equipment use, maintenance, modification, repair and procurement. Document and implement standard operating procedures for daily production operations. Ensure that all standard operating procedures are adhered to including health and OSHA safety procedures. Prepare and maintain production reports. Order printing supplies and materials. Maintain printed inventory. Maintains efficient workflow by holding team members accountable for quality and efficiency of their work. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years experience in print operations.
