Job Details
Tax Compliance Specialist - Primary function of this position is to understand property tax (PPT) laws, research legislation and how it pertains to several different types of contracts. Analyze taxing district assessed values in a timely manner, allocating assessed values to leases, responding timely to the taxing districts with any variances, to allow for protests within the time frame allowed by the taxing district.
