Seed Loading Equipment Operator

Competitive wage package offered - minimum starting at $15/hour!

Applicants must be able to communicate with farmers, truckers and dispatchers, as well as operate equipment to load bulk seed from growers' bins onto semi trucks.
Farm background is helpful but not required. Some mechanical skills are needed. Equipment to be operated includes conveyors, vacuveyors and farm tractors. Applicants must be able to lift 60 pounds and must be physically capable of climbing into and out of grain bins. Other skills needed include map reading, basic math and the ability to follow instructions. Operators needed can be based in the Redwood Falls, Olivia, Willmar or Cosmos locations.

The current position is full-time seasonal. and can start work immediately. For the right candidate, a full-time regular position may develop.
