PAINT DEPARTMENT LEAD

Amity Technology is a manufacturer of a full line of agricultural equipment and other metal fabricated products.
Our facilities are located in Fargo, ND.

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of the paint department along with being a working lead.

We are looking for someone with:
* 5+ years experience in powder coating along with some experience with liquid painting
* Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment including painting both small and large components
* Supervisory and scheduling experience
* High attention to quality with a focus on continuous improvement
