Job Information

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic online tools and communication for Bobcat Company’s dealer network. The position will manage the execution of multiple dealer communication channels, including email and intranet, as well as identify new ways to leverage these channels to optimize dealer engagement.

Role & Responsibility

Web Master
  • Serve as owner and content governor of dealer website to ensure consistency across functional areas for a seamless dealer experience.
  • Responsible for publishing web content submitted from multiple stakeholders across the business. Manage everyday updates as well as consult on new initiatives relative to site placement, layout and strategy.
  • Ensure site maintains user-friendly interface, meeting the needs of dealer users and the business alike.
  • Ability to understand and develop solutions to complex problems to ensure dealer systems and processes meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide support, guidance and training to business stakeholders and content editors on how website strategy and how to build content within CMS and email marketing platform.

Web Data Analysis
  • Work with the full Dealer Communication and Marketing team to understand all data and tracking available on dealers.
  • Use data to develop and recommend technical solutions.
  • Manage and analyze email subscriber lists.
  • Manage and analyze dealer profile information in order to build targeted lists and communications.
  • Use data and feedback from users to evaluate and enhance the value of content and distribution in emails and website.

Email Management
  • Manage the email platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to effectively communicate with dealers via email on a regular basis.
  • Lead process to build content, format email, track metrics, and build and manage send lists.

Agency/IT Liaison
  • Stay abreast of current technology trends and provide recommendations to the business that match business needs with necessary technology. Align with IT to implement as necessary.

Planning
  • Develop communication plans that inform and educate dealers in order to drive dealer engagement and performance.
  • Develop plans with recommended communication channels, timing, audience and messaging based on tool capabilities, experience, judgment, and input from marketing team and key stakeholders.

Project Management
  • Develop schedules, tasks and plans to drive initiatives forward.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon tasks to ensure full projects are completed on time and within expectations of the business.

Prioritization and Execution
  • Manage business’s dealer communication needs in fast-paced environment.
  • Hold demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize various projects and initiatives.


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience Required: 5>7 years
  • Travel Required:
  • Must know Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills in order to extract useful meaning from unorganized data.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and how it is used to manage profile information.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as an email platform.
  • Understands html code in order to edit, build and troubleshoot website and email content.
  • Knowledge of cascading style sheets in order to effectively manage website content.
  • Takes initiative to proactively identify needs, process improvements and opportunities within the business/area of responsibility.
  • Actively seeks out new ideas and approaches.
  • Continuously monitors new trends related to own work area or discipline
  • Challenges the status quo of products, technologies, services, work processes and systems, Encompasses basic business acumen.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to ensure projects are managed and completed in a reasonable time frame
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and is capable of self-direction
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and take direction in order to coordinate and project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while engaging key stakeholders

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
