Responsibilities
- Follow safety processes and mentor a safe culture
- Follow Contamination Control Guidelines
- Parts counter sales
- Parts warehouse duties
- Locating/stocking/picking/cyclical counts/will call
- Aid in process of procuring outside parts for internal and external customers
- Processing parts orders
- Executing Backorders for shop and counter
- Pick up shop and counter orders
- Receipt incoming stock and transfers into inventory
- Processing returns and core credits
- Handling incoming and outgoing freight
- Hydraulic hose assembly
- Handle after hours phone when needed
- Operate forklift
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Individual must be detail oriented who is self-driven and has strong people skills.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and follow the customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and truck parts is required.
- Must have a positive attitude and welcome challenges.
- Ability to multi task is a must.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organization skills are essential.
- Effective use of all communication tools to include voice mail, email, internet, and intranet.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 70 lbs. and be on feet most of the day.
- Experience operating a forklift preferred.
- Must be able to meet and maintain insurability of driving a company vehicle.
