MDS Coordinator Wanted
Little Falls Care Center is a BRAND NEW 64-bed skilled nursing facility in Little Falls, Minnesota. Designed around the town in the 1950's era, we are truly one of a kind - not to mention we are on the Top 100 list of Care Center's for the state of Minnesota! Not everyone has a babbling brook running through their facility - but we do. Not everyone has neon lights and street lights lining their main corridor - but we do. Not everyone has a juke box in their 1950's inspired dining room - but we do! Our residents who grew up and lived here all of their lives will tell you that we nailed it in regards to how we designed our new Care Center to reflect the town during that era. So I ask you...

We are seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to round out our team. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument in accordance with the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of our facility. Who wouldn't want to be a part of that?
Applicants must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university that is active and unencumbered to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
