Minimum Hiring Salary/Position Classification:  $12/hour, part-time, non-benefitted, Non-Exempt employee

Work Schedule: Weekdays between 9am -2pm

Position Details:

  • Cook and serve grilled items.
  • Prepare specialty production menu.
  • Slices and weighs serving portions of meats, cheeses, etc.
  • Prepares food to meet all meal deadlines and maintains the highest quality and freshness possible using progressive cooking techniques.
  • Reads, follows and comprehends recipes so they are prepared accurately
  • Produces food for Franchise areas following all Franchise requirements and guidelines
  • Prepare bar setup in concept areas
  • Prepare all concept products per customers preference
  • Make sandwiches and wraps to customer preference
  • Uses the following equipment:  grills, meat slicer, food chopper, steam equipment, fryers, ovens, calculator and scales.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment correctly.
  • Follow Serv-Safe personal hygiene standards
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Work with the preparation and disposal of fish, poultry, beef, lamb, pork and other meat products
  • Maintains a working knowledge and adheres to all safety and sanitation policies which includes removal of all jewelry and piercings (plain wedding band is permissible) and wearing hair and beard restraints
  • Maintains clean and sanitized work environment
  • Will use strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Will need to read, comprehend and follow recipes and other written instructions 
  • Will use basic math skills to complete production and service reports 
  • Able to stand on one's feet for 3 -4 hours. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic. 



Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in fast food/snack bar/restaurant food service
  • Successful completion of criminal history background check
