Description: Magnum LTL of Coon Rapids is immediately seeking an Admin Assistant to support our Dispatch Operations. Duties include; scheduling of drivers, data entry, answering the customer service phone line and other general administrative tasks. Previous experience in the transportation industry and/or TruckMate software preferred.
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma/GED, excellent data entry skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Must be dependable, self-motivated and able to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. MS Office.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate DOE
Benefits: This is a full-time position with a full benefits package available
