Service and Installation Dispatcher – West Fargo, ND

Do you enjoy scheduling and coordination of projects? If so, Kelly Services may have the position for you! We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Service and Installation Dispatcher position working with a leading retail company in Fargo, ND.  The primary responsibilities of the selected individual will be to professionally schedule customer service requests and dispatch technicians while simultaneously monitoring all parts and manpower resources needed to complete request.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity working 40+ hours per week from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, with some Saturdays necessary. The wage is $15.00+/hour. 

Responsibilities:

• Document calls and inquiries from customers
• Schedule service requests from clients and company personnel
• Efficiently manage inventory resources for all scheduled services
• Assign service orders to technicians
• Monitor service requests complete life cycle to ensure proper completion
• Monthly report reconciliation for various reports
• Work closely with Parts and Warranty Coordinator and the Operations Manager for resource and project planning
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to completing all tasks at hand
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with 2-5 years equivalent industry experience
• Proficient in computer and basic office technology, with the ability to learn CRM software
• Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative to learn new tasks
• Strong organizational skills that implement a detailed plan for success
• Capacity to multitask under time constraints
• Team Oriented
