Tech-Maintenance Bldg 1

Cirrus Aircraft is looking for a Facilities Technician who will be responsible for the maintaining the company's facilities and equipment.

Essential Duties:

· Maintain the company's facilities and equipment to include all building contents, equipment and machinery, water systems, and electrical systems.

· Responsible for building security, maintenance of HVAC systems and production equipment.

· Assists in setup of production systems, and manufacturing support equipment.

· Janitorial Duties as required.

· Performs remodeling, expansions, and changes to building or relocation of contents.

· Attention to detail required.

· Must be able to work as part of a team.

· Ensures that all assigned work areas are kept clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.

· Applies the 6S principle (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety).

· Wears proper protective equipment during appropriate job functions.

· Complies with all paperwork, such as work instructions, that govern job duties.

· May be assigned to different work areas as needed.

· Performs other duties as assigned by the facilities Supervisor, or appropriate designee.

Education and/or Experience: · Minimum 2 year associate degree or equivalent experience.
