A Fargo Construction Company is searching for an Accountant/Office Manager who will have core responsibilities in managing company’s books & business administrative activities.
Your role is vital within the company as you will be working directly with the Owner. You will work independently, taking the lead on company reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource on MS QuickBooks, financial reporting, estimating, and employee relations.
Job Highlights:
- Allows the ability to develop and implement strategies to reach company objectives.
- Manage all accounting operations including: Job costing, payroll, invoicing, quarterly statements, prepare end of year documents, and making payments to vendors & contractors.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
- Manage employee relations including: onboarding, payroll, benefit information, workers compensation, and OSHA training
- Assist owner with estimating and bidding future jobs.
- Other duties include meeting with clients and customer service
- Excellent Medical Plan, HSA, PTO, and
Looking for:
- QuickBooks Experience
- If you have Construction industry experience, that''s a plus!
- Standard cost accounting knowledge
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Proven working experience as an Accountant or Office Management Role
