Position Description:
The Office of Admission is seeking a creative, forward-thinking, goal oriented, and collaborative team member to assist in the planning and execution of strategic recruitment activities for the transfer student population. Responsibilities include conducting and managing a transfer recruitment territory, carrying out visits to community colleges and other college/transfer fairs, and advising prospective transfer and international students who visit and make contact to NDSU .

Minimum Qualifications:
• Completed bachelor's degree
• One year related experience
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours including nights and weekends; conduct overnight travel
• Ability to effectively and efficiently plan and execute projects simultaneously
• Evidence of the use of presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Strong customer service experience/skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from NDSU or strong familiarity with NDSU programs
• One year of experience in or supporting international/multinational communities
• Knowledge of the academic and immigration process needs of international students
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in recruitment and admission at a regionally accredited college or university
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience with transfer students at a regionally accredited college or university
