Bank Operations Officer

 Due to a pending retirement Home State Bank in Willmar is seeking an Operations Officer to join our team.

This position will be located in Willmar and will provide leadership and direction in the area of bank operations/bookkeeping and technology to all four bank locations. The Operations Officer plans, schedules, and coordinates department work activities to ensure smooth data processing and operational functions.   Evaluates new or enhanced products, processes, and bank initiatives.  Manages Fiserv Banking Specs and parameters. Creates and delivers various reports using Fiserv’s Business Analytics platform. 

To qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five plus years’ experience in bank operations/bookkeeping. Experience with Fiserv Premier Software and Business Analytics a plus.
