What YourDay Job Will Look Like: TheFacility & Grounds Maintenance person is responsible for general buildingmaintenance, including:

• Painting,replacing light fixtures, and maintaining or replacing floors
• Lightplumbing and electrical work
• Office andshowroom setup and cleanup in various locations; this setup includes installingnew showroom fixtures, setting up and installing new office furniture and themoving of furniture and remodeling office spaces.
• The abilityto drive and back up a pick-up truck and trailer combination
• Maintainingthe landscaping around the Acme Tools facilities and can include major tree andshrub trimming or removal.
• Sprinkler systemmaintenance and repair, weed spraying, parking lot maintenance and parking lotstripping and sweeping.
• Clearing theyard and parking lots of debris, as well as snow and ice removal in the wintermonths.
• Painting andtouching up used equipment and warehouse returns for resale as well as buildingshipping crates and preparing loads for pickup.
• Unloadingand assembling new trailers and assisting in the repair of used equipment.
• Frequentlifting of items up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
• A variety ofother duties as assigned

Thisposition will assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment byadhering to safety standards, striving to improve safety standards, andreporting any suspicious activity.

Need-To-Haves:

• Valid Driver'sLicense with a clean driving record
• Ability tolift 70 lbs
• Ability todrive pick-up and trailer combination
• The abilityto do light plumbing and electrical work, ability to occasionally travel

Skills andExperience Preferred:

• MechanicalAptitude
• Previous equipmentoperating experience
• Landscapingmaintenance experience
