Job Description

The Client Delivery Specialist creates strong consultative client and associate relationships that result in long-term client and associate satisfaction and high retention rates. The Client Delivery Specialist is the ultimate service delivery for their assigned accounts; serving as the face of Manpower's service team to the client and the central point of contact for Manpower associates. This role is responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate.

What is the job?

* Provide day-to-day oversight of client and associate relationships to drive high retention and satisfaction.

* Responsible for driving proactively and re-actively identifying, investigating and resolving client and associate problems and issues.

* Create strategy with client program leadership team regarding account retention and growth and proactively identify sales leads to be given to Sales Executives.

* Manage service level agreement requirements and other determined Manpower or Client criteria.

* Timely response/first point of contact for all associate inquiries/issues; finds the appropriate resources to assist associates and communicates resolutions or findings to appropriate parties. Ensure compliance with Manpower policy and federal and state laws

* Responsible for associate performance management (feedback, coaching, discipline, termination, retention and engagement) and documents in the appropriate system. Partners with appropriate internal departments to address and resolve issues.

* Manage associate engagement and retention programs utilizing various resources to drive performance and recognition. Provide assignment onboarding and orientation to the associates on their first day; including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) policies, safety procedures, evacuation routes, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

What you bring to the job?

* 2 years of previous experience in staffing, human resources

* Team player who is highly service oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure.

* Must enjoy a fast paced work environment and possess strong communication skills.

* Proficient PC skills

* Proficient Excel and Word skills

* Ability to communicate effectively with others.

* Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things (e.g., work related materials and equipment) to determine courses of action.

* Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks without losing composure and compromising productivity.
