Production Operator

Position Description

Production Operators to run various manufacturing equipment, packaging or finishing equipment. Equipment includes insert presses, hand grinders, press-brake forming and deburring equipment including small hand tools, buffers or tumblers. 

We will provide on-the-job training for those who indicate a good work ethic, are reliable and have a desire to learn. 

This position will on board through Employment Resource Center and is eligible for permanent hire consideration following completion of 60 days under ERC.

Pequot Tool is a Drug Free Workplace. All offers of employment are contingent upon passing a negative drug test. Pequot Tool manufactures firearms components, among many other products. Applicants with a Felony conviction are ineligible for hire due to ATF regulations.

Position Requirements

Ability to do repetitive tasks, follow work instructions and work safely, aware of one's surroundings. Must be detail oriented, staying on task and be dependable with good work ethic.
