Department: 47100 HR Operations
Job Description: Performs a wide variety of professional analytical duties to support Human Resources activities. Collects, researches, and analyzes human resources data while tracking data trends and outcomes. Provides labor contract cost analysis by calculating economic changes negotiated through the collective bargaining process. Develops and builds reports using multiple reporting tools. Works directly with HR and operations leaders to configure and maintain reporting needs. Compiles and monitors human resources metrics for benchmarking. Compiles and interprets data for ongoing Human Resources programs, including trend and outcome analysis. Participates in a variety of special and on-going projects to support the human resources function.
Work Experience: Minimum of two years' experience with cost/financial analysis and principles of data analysis methods.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
