Look no further, Edgewood in Hermantown MN is looking for a Sales/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Sales/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies that will ensure maximum occupancy levels throughout our campus. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

External Marketing & Sales Operations

• Assist with marketing and sales activities that increase occupancy.

• Knowledge of all of the services and opportunities available at Edgewood, including: product lines, pricing, floor plans, availability, alternative funding sources, insurance policies and move-in/move-out criteria.

• Call on prospects in their home, hospital, skilled care facility or other place of meeting as requested by the prospect.

• Communicate both verbally and in writing with residents, families, homeowners, referral sources and others in the community about Edgewood.

• Assist in community tours and follow-up tasks

• Support high quality resident and family relations throughout the cycle of inquiry, tour, move-in, residency, and move-out processes.

• Assist in ordering and packaging all marketing materials

• Support in coordinating special events at Edgewood and in greater community

• Support operational needs as directed

Report & Data Management Operations

• Assist in creating and following up with all leads, lead sources and referral sources

• Assist in completing required sales reports, lead reports and move-in reports for the Executive Director

• Maintain communication on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as directed by the Executive Director

Company and Interdepartmental

• Incorporate direction from Executive Director and company strategic goals to refine and improve efficiencies.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regard to business operations and resident privacy.

• Understand and support all aspects of resident’s rights, including the right to be free of restraints and free of abuse, through all interactions required to carry out your duties.

• Promptly report any evidence of resident abuse or violation of resident’s rights to the appropriate person.

• Carries out delegated workplace safety activities and adheres to all company policies and practices regarding safety in the workplace.

• Responsible to be knowledgeable and maintain compliance with federal, state, local regulatory requirements in department.

Customer Service Responsibility

• Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction.

• Listens and responds to family/guest concerns in order to maintain a high level of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Refer any concerns to the appropriate manager, following-up as needed.

Other Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Minimum degree requirement is an Associate’s degree in a related field of study.

• Work experience that demonstrates increased level of responsibility, customer service and professional growth.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & DESIGNATIONS

• Must meet licensing/certification requirements as prescribed by city, state or federal regulations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (with or without reasonable accommodation)

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of regulations of Assisted Living and Resident Rights.

• Knowledge of Vulnerable Adult Reporting requirements.

• Must be highly adept at handling situations that require a high degree of flexibility/adaptability; must be open to change

• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

• Ability to use a variety of general office equipment including but not limited to a personal computer, fax machine, copy machine, laminator and cameras.

• Knowledge of and skill in using a personal computer and related software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Skill in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, and decimals

• Skill of developing and maintaining positive relationships with external and internal customers

• Knowledge of and ability to apply commonly accepted rules of grammar, spelling and punctuation in written communication to develop management reports and summaries
