Facilities Management Supervisor

TCHC is currently hiring for a full time Facilities Management Supervisor.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Providing operational management for all building systems including; HVAC systems, electrical systems, boiler operations, medical air delivery systems, plumbing, general construction management and grounds maintenance.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance for the facilities operations, including CMS, DHS, JCAHO, OSHA, NFPA, and MDH.
• Managing facility projects (e.g.: renovations, additions, demolitions, etc.).
• Preparing and managing operating plans and budgets.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of a designated group to ensure employees are working toward our common goal of delivering high-quality health care to our patients.

We are looking for someone with strong oral and written communication skills, a high degree of commitment to customer service excellence, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and 3-5 years of building maintenance and/or operation of plant.

Candidate must possess:
• Current valid driver's license
• Class B boiler license.
