JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the safe, efficient and economical operation of the Bindery Machinery, Digital Presses and Offset Presses, safely and efficiently operating machines according to job specifications, quality specifications, and the daily production schedule. Performs bindery function, which may include folding, cutting, padding, numbering, spiral or coil binding, collating, scoring, perforating, drilling, stitching or stapling, laminating, and wrapping. Packages jobs, completes job tickets and delivery receipts as necessary, and places in designated areas. Properly setting up/imposing various types of print jobs digitally. Set-up, operate, adjust and maintain bindery, digital press and offset press equipment. Ensure job tickets are 100% accurate based on information provided. Accurately document all production activities. Properly load/unload the required paper type in all machines. Check print output for quality (color, registration, flaws, etc.). Rejects poor quality or incorrect jobs and notifies management. Ensure proper equipment maintenance is maintained. Keeps equipment clean, lubricated and operable. Have the ability to properly troubleshoot issues and be able to submit a ΓÇ£Service CallΓÇ¥ when repairs are needed. Manage the print queue in an effective and timely manner, ensuring that print jobs are handled based on current priorities. Coordinate with Customers regarding any job discrepancies. Ability to effectively plan and coordinate priorities by dates and any RUSH jobs. Works with other staff members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations. Complies with all OSHA safety requirements. Able to work with minimal supervision. Performs other duties as assigned.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
This full time position will work day hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years experience in print operations preferred.
