Patient Services Representative – Fargo, ND

Kelly Services is recruiting for an experienced Patient Services Representative to promote a positive image of a leading Healthcare Company in Fargo, ND.  As a Patient Service Representative, you will be greeting and registering patients while completing and verifying various personal demographics and insurance information in the patient management system.  This is a temporary, 3 month assignment working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 6:30 am and 5:30 pm, with a possibility of weekend work on occasion.  Pay for this position is $12.02.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct patients and visitors upon arrival
• Update/verify patient demographic changes
• Perform bill review and insurance verification
• Ensure customer communications are accurately documented
• Maintain compliance per company, state and federal policies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous employment in a health care setting preferred
• Previous employment as a Patient Service Representative required
• High school diploma
