Job Description
We are looking for a professional individual who has strong customer service and administrative skills. The main function of this position is taking incoming calls from our customers to place service calls or order supplies for their equipment while completing administrative tasks and processing email requests.
- Answering incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently. Approx. 60-80 calls per day.
- Monitor and complete requests in our group email inbox during and in between phone calls.
- Meet individual and team goals for targeted areas as it pertains to productivity and performance.
- Be responsible for completing assigned Administrative tasks (cross checks and various reports with training provided).
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- Hours: 8a-5p Mon-Fri
Required Skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent 10key (7,000+), typing (40+WPM)
- Intermediate to strong Excel knowledge needed (ability to sort, filter, create pivot tables, etc.)
- Maintain dress code
- Punctual and reliable, meeting our attendance requirements
- Ability to move well throughout the Windows environment and use short cut keys
- Self-sufficient
- Positive attitude
- Good Communication skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work over time to support team and company goals
- Must be willing to cross train in other departments
- Must be willing to travel to all Metro Sales locations and Customer locations as needed for training or for stickering equipment. This is not a frequent occurrence but is a requirement of the position.
Required Experience
1) High School Diploma or equivalent.
2) Customer service experience.
