Inside Sales

Farm King, a leading and growing manufacturer of farm equipment, is currently accepting applications for Inside Sales – Service Parts. 

As Inside Sales, you will be responsible for assisting dealers with parts orders.  Duties include determining parts availability, providing pricing, completing appropriate paperwork, coordinating shipping, and resolution of any related questions or discrepancies.  In addition, you will be responsible for all return goods authorizations and related administrative functions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a customer service capacity and possess strong mechanical aptitude and be able to read prints.  Exceptional organizational, computer and communication  and data entry skills, in combination with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment are essential.  Related
post-secondary experience and a background in agricultural equipment parts would be considered definite assets.
