1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm M-F
2nd shift 4:30pm-1am M-F
3rd shift 8:30pm – 5am S-TH

Overtime required as needed

$14.25/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential

Production Technicians/Assemblers support the goals and vision of HHT by safely and efficiently preparing and constructing sub-assemblies, assemblies and finished products. A production technician may rotate in multiple work cells on a particular product line.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives:
Use small hand tools or light powered tools to construct sub-assemblies, assemblies, or finished products.
Operate machinery to fabricate sub-assemblies and/or parts (i.e. roller, beader, spot welder, riveter, staker, lancers, crimpers, flat wash, presses)
Perform box out and packaging processes.
Complete quality and safety checks, procedures, and documentation.
Perform equipment preventative maintenance as directed.
Accurately use measuring tools to check requirements ie: 6 inch rule, protractor, caliper, tape measure, go-no-go gauges.
Practice safety awareness (i.e. JSA, LOTO, Certified Safe Member, 5S)
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Recognize and respond to internal and external customer needs.

1 year of work experience (preferred), Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals), reading and writing. Average mechanical aptitude
