Order Fulfillment Associate

7am-5:30pm Rotating Days

Base Rate: $14.25/hour

The primary function of this position is to accurately and efficiently stock and receive products to meet department standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Safely and accurately set up and operate warehouse equipment. Efficiently operate equipment to department standards.

2. Accurately fill primary locations utilizing radio frequency gun picking systems.

3. Accurately receive and sort all incoming product.

4. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Follow and complete all GMP related paperwork; attend yearly training.

5. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

6. Conducts self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.

Marginal Duties:

1. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized department. Keep work area clean and organized at the end of shift.

Competencies Required:

• Ability to provide prompt and reliable attendance
• All positions require the ability to read, write and understand English with the ability to communicate in English effectively
• Good communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience
• Computer/Mechanical ability a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
