Production Associate (copy)

Our employees are our #1 priority and we need a motivated Production Engineer to oversee our main manufacturing plant in Winona, MN. Our mission is to strengthen communities by designing, manufacturing, and selling beautiful outdoor site furnishings.

Job duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Responsible for promoting a positive safety culture and awareness within the plant; support and enforce all plant safety policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
• Must become the process expert on all existing and new Anova products manufactured at the site. Maintain focus on meeting plant objectives in safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost
• Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research initiatives; applying knowledge of product design, formulation, chemistry and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators
• Proactively improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
• Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements
• Prepares product and process efficiency reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
