REDWOOD COUNTY
40 HOURS/WEEK WITH BENEFITS
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Counseling, or related area and/or four years of experience in Human Services Program-preferred. Familiarity with employment and training programs, Welfare-to-Work programs, Word processing skills and basic computer knowledge helpful.
Responsibilities include: Assess customer employment and training needs, develop needs plan and identify recommended services. Organize and conduct job seeking skills workshops; weekly job clubs; provide assistance with goal-setting and resume preparation. Communication skills should include the ability to operate as a team member, develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, coordinating agencies and employers. Ability to present oneself in a highly professional manner and be an ambassador of the organization. Must have reliable transportation.
Position is available immediately out of the Redwood Falls Office.
