LPN Ambulatory | Family Medicine | Moorhead
Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse; ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Documenting a thorough medical history from patient and performing a physical exam to determine patient's needs. Discussing information collected from patients with a registered nurse and administering medications or treatments as ordered. Providing technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Counseling patients and family members, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans.
