Job Details
Job Objective:
Assist parts manager and mechanics in ordering parts and performing other service duties in the shop.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Order and issue parts to mechanics
• Creating and closing work orders
• Assist processing calls and shop when needed
• Answer phones and assist scheduling shop work for drivers
• Tracking inventory
• General clerical duties
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Must be able to work well in a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be well organized
• Have strong communication and computer skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Previous experience in service/parts preferred but not required
