Job Details

Position Objective:
 Through the practice of servant leadership; enhance people’s lives; provide customer service support to deliver quality, best value products and services, on time to internal and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
 Serve as a point of contact for customer service requests and inquiries
 Schedule Field Service Technicians travel arrangements from customer’s requested dates, communicate with customers to determine schedules
 Arrange transportation and hotel accommodations for Field Service Technicians and others whom travel for business
 Make travel adjustments with input from traveling employees
 Audit Field Service Technicians expense reports to ensure compliance with travel policies and lowest cost
 Organize future travel needs and keep team informed
 Estimate, quote, and process requests for service, warranty and replacement part orders
 Generate sales orders, order acknowledgments, and internal release notifications
 Work with Purchasing on Return Material Authorizations (RMA) to ensure successful follow through on all returned items
 Organize remote support and customer service acitivities
 Create records and track Aftermarket Retrofit projects
 Assist with training other team members
 Recommend and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
 Communicate openly, share knowledge, build positive collaboration between departments and team members
 Support and contribute to department and company metrics
 Be actively engaged in continuous improvement projects and culture

General Responsibilities:
 Adhere to, support and promote the Aagard vision and culture statements
 Demonstrate professional, respectful interaction with other team members
 Accurately and professionally represent Aagard to customers and vendors
 Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
 Associate’s degree in related field and three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
 Experience with Microsoft products including proficiency with Microsoft Office
 Experience or training with computers and ability to learn and use Aagard specific software
 Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
 Conscientious of meeting and exceeding the customers needs
 Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data  Proficient keyboarding skills
 Strong computer, proofreading, and editing skills
 Ability to work in an office setting with interactions with manufacturing personnel
 Ability to prioritize tasks
 Ability to take action and be proactive
 Strong time management skills
 Strong organizational skills
 Conscientious, meeting and exceeding the customers needs. 
 Passion for excellence
 Value and build a culture of measurement
 Ability to travel as required
 Willingness to take minimal after-hours calls each week.
